We have allowed You Tube on our kids computers, but the comments posted on YT do not appear even after allowing the site. What more do I have to do beyond 'allowing' YT for them to have full access to the site?? Thanks!

Norton Safety Minder is not the reason that your kids are not able to see comments. The "Safety mode" is probably turned on on the Youtube website (You can find it at the bottom of web pages on yourtube). The kids probably see the message "Safety mode has hidden comments for this video. Show hidden comments" at the area for comments. They should be able to see the comments by clicking on the "Show hidden comments" link.
