Norton Family seems to not working on child' Android devices

Hi,

I bought this Norton product to limit Android devices use at my children.

Everything seemed to work fine until we find out they used the devices more time compared to time configured in Time Supervision section.

When I went on Manage Activity --> Devices where I read:

  • The device has not reported any activity in the last five days. Please go to the device and check the Norton Family to make sure that it has not been disabled or uninstalled. [Manuel GT-S7560]

I went on devices and I saw rules are active, but no activities are tracked on it.

It's not first time it occurs and every time I reinstalled application on devices but this action doesn't seem to resolve the issue definitively.

Android versions are:

  • 4.4.2 (phone model code: SM-G800F/ build version: KOT49H.G800FXXU1A0G2 / Kernel Version: 3.4.39-5365191)
  • 4.0.4 (phone model code: GT-S7560 / build version: IMM76I.S7560XXAME9 / Kernel Version: 3.0.8-1224927)

Question is: how can I manage this situation because it doesn't make sense I reinstalled the application every time I had this issue ?
