Sorry for duplicate thread but I saw the thread everyone was asking this in was eventually locked. I am trying to reinstall norton family on a computer it was previously on. I go to name the computer and get the error "Norton Family server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
I saw that many other users were getting solutions messaged to them privately so that children could not find the answer by browsing threads.
Lastly, I went to https://status.norton.com/ and saw that all servers were working fine. Please help
