Download and Install NF, reboot, login with username and password OK, when it goes to add computer name - comes back with Norton Family server temporarily down" - tried turning off firewall and antivirus and tried again - no luck.......seen a lot of posts with the same problem but no solutions posted - just remote access to fix. I logged a call to Norton online and did a remote session - they also gave up........so what is the fix?
