Norton Family service is not starting

Hi All

 

Below is the error copy from event viewer.

 

 

When I start the service the below two error events occur.

You mentioned "When I start the service...", can you please let us know how you start the service (where you go to start the service)?

 

From the message below, it seems that you have Norton Family 2.9.0.21 on the machine.  Norton Family 2.9.0.26 is latest version.
