Norton Family - sign in authentication failed

I have just purchased the full 360 package and got this as well as my daughter is getting a laptop for xmas so need protection. I have registered online and have set the account up no problem and have added my kids to the account and I have the latest version of everything as i only installed yesterday.

 

When i download the family software onto my pc and get the parent sign in box i get the error - Authentication failed. Verify your email address, password, and internet connection and then try again.

 

I have checked all this, removed and reinstalled and have tried it on 3 different PCs with no success.

 

It seems that there are many problems with this and have been for quite some time which is putting me off and I am considering getting a refund for the whole 360 package and going somewhere else as this doesnt fill me with confidence. 

 

I also tried chatting to an advisor but got told to come here. I havent found the exact same issue in a post but the tech guy wouldnt help at all and all I see on posts from Norton is "we are working on it".
