Norton family stuck with warning message on mobile phone

I start Norton Family on my mobile phone.

Almost blank screen is opening with text "We are unable contact our servers. Please try again later" and exclamation mark and button "Try Again"

When I press "Try Again" it says "Session timed out. Pleas log out and try again".

How to log out if there is no logout button?

If I close application and open again, the same circle continues.
