Norton Family Time Blockinig no working across multiple computers

I have loaded Norton Family on TWO computers, and I'm using the Time Limiting features. My kids get ONE hour a day during the week. I've created each childs set up in NF, and identified the two devices. It appears as though it should control both devices.

 

It appears that when the time runs out on one computer, the user can move to the other computer and on that computer he will have ANOTHER full hour.

 

Aren't these synchronized. I saw a post from 2010 on a similar issue with the older vrision of software.

 

I want to buy this suite but at this point I'm using the free version as I'm only interested in the time blocking basics. But if it doesn't work across multiple devices then that will be useless for me.

Both computers are running the same versions. They run Windows 7 SPK1. And they run Norton Family version 2.9.5.14
