I have been running a free version of norton family on 8 devices for about 2 years. A few days ago, some of my devices were getting glitchy with norton family. I fixed it on those devices. BUT this one is driving me crazy. I need to add this device. It was NOT allowing me to disable the norton family ( I am the parent and I do this daily to look up some stuff). It would say that I could not disable as I was logged in with a differant account. I have been logging into norton family daily for 2 years. same account.
So I uninstalled it on this device and reinstalled. Every time I try to get it running it says Norton server unavailable try back later.I have a feeling something is blocking this upload, but I did try disabling my firewall to install and it did the same thing. I need this running. Help
