Norton Family Web Monitoring Just Stopped Working

Website blocking still appears to be working, but the monitoring log stopped a few hours ago. I've tried restarting everything, all of the sliders\buttons are set to on, I have the paw icon in the etc.

 

I'm using the latest verson 2.6.0.61, Windows 7, Firefox 19.0.2., Norton 360

 

I've read through some of the posts covering similar problems, but no insight found there.

Norton Family is recording the logs and saved them on the backend servers correctly.  Can you send me a private message via the forum with your Norton Family email address,so we can check it further?

 

It should take a few minutes for the logs to be sent up on the website for the parents to review.  The issue could be that as there are lots of logs pending at the moment and it takes longer to show the logs than expected.  Thanks for your patience.
