Norton Family will not run on my computer

Norton Family does not run on my computer any longer.  It used to work fine.  I am able to log into my Norton Family account online just fine.  I tried to download and run the program again, but get a "An unrecoverable error occured. Contact Technical support" message.  I tried to uninstall both from "start menu" and the "programs and features" from control panel. It just blinks and does nothing.  I have tried in safe mode with same results.  So right now I have no monitoring for my son's account....and I NEED IT!  What to do?

Yes, I downloaded from onlinefamily.norton.com after I logged into my account.

 

I am running Windows 7

 

Attached are the error message and the the "respons" I get after clicking "Technical Support"
