I just signed up with Norton Family and successfully installed it on my son's laptop - a Windows 8 device. However, when I tried to install it on our other laptop, which runs Windows 7, the download manager keeps putting up a box that says "click retry to continue your install". When I do this, it keeps showing the same message. I have uninstalled the download manager and tried again, but the same thing happens. I have seen similar posts, but haven't seen a solution to the problem. I'd appreciate some help.
