je suis le propriétaire de norton family et j'avais envoyé une invitation a mon ex femme qui l'a installé. j'ai fait une gourde en la supprimant. j'ai essayé de lui en renvoyer une et ca m'indique que l'adresse mail est deja associée a la famille.
j'ai fait désinstaller et réinstaller l'empreinte est toujours présente voir capture

I didn't work. When I hover over her profile, it says she is not assigned or associated to this account and the computer while I have set up a user account for her and I added her name. In fact a Norton agent connected to my computer remotely for two time he couldn't fix it.

You must log in to the website onlinefamily.norton.com and where you see the name of the child, select it and goto settings.
and after you goto settings you need to select the profile of your child and under that you will see the name of the computer where you will see the account which your child uses, you need to put a check mark on it. Then the exclamation mark on the child's profile pic will disappear
* And also make sure that the Norton Online Family Client is installed on the particular computer *

Thank you Ramiah but there is no such thing as my child profile that I could put a check mark on it. There are info like about my child, how can she connect and her personal info. Over her profile picture there is device option that I click and then add the device. I went to setting, up and down there is no box that I could put a check mark. I have downloaded and installed norton familly. Exclimation still there and says she is not associated with this account or computer. Puzzeling ha.....

Hi,
You are correct you said you saw something which said add device, after that you will have an option to download Norton Safety Minder or Norton Online Family. So after you download and install it you will find the device active. You will see something below as laying down house rules, it means that you have downloaded the file sucessfully. Then make sure that you install the file. Once it is installed you will have the safety minder icon on the system tray or task bar at the bottom. It means its sucessfully installed.
Then you need to click on settings, and this is the place where you can see the information like Web, Search, Profile, etc..
Then you need to select profile where you can see the computer or the device's name, but the computer will not be displayed unless you install the Norton Online Family on the computer.
Once the computer is displayed you will see the user accounts under that computer, now its simple where you just need to select the account which your child uses.
Please follow the above instructions carefully, i'm sure this will help you. In case if you have any issues reply back so we can check what else we can do

I can't set a devise ( computer ) to my child name. I have added her to be protected. The setting says she is being supervised but she is not. She also has an exclamation mark on her photo.
