Just installed Windows 8.1 and installed all updates, but I'm having trouble with Norton File Insight after installing the latest version of Norton Internet Security.
I'm downloading all my programs from scratch (since it was a clean installation), but Norton File Insight is reporting that it isn't connected to the internet. Sometimes if I right-click and check a file, it works. It's all very sporadic.
Is there any reported issues of Insight today at all? I really hope I don't have to reinstall the product after starting from scratch!
