I am using NIS 18.7.2.3.
File Insight is making me a little nervous. I scan every single file I download from the internet. Today I noticed that when I scan 1 file, the results in Norton are telling me that it has scanned 2 and skipped one, or in another case, scanned 3. A custom scan of my downloads directory show that there is a handful of files being trusted or skipped during the scan. The file I am scanning is a single file - not a zipped file. Is this normal? How do I see which files are being skipped? How do I clear the list of trusted files?
Full scans of my system show no problems.
