Norton File Insight (NIS2012) - Not working with IE9

Hello!

 

Running NIS2012 as a Standard User on Windows 7 (x64).  Clean install.

 

So far, File Insight does not pop up once I download a file from the Internet;  I've tried this with several downloaded exe's, two from Amazon.com and one from Google (Picasa).  Once the file is downloaded, I can do a right-click Insight scan, but it does not take int account the download location (listed as unknown at that point).  This functionality works on the other desktops that use Google Chrome.

 

I know there is an existing known issue with a Diablo download, just wanted to add in that it may be a bit bigger than just Diablo.
