Whenever I run a manual File Insight scan, if I choose the option to "Check for New Rating" I get an error that "Norton 360 cannot connect to the Norton server." (see attached)
Of course, my computer IS connected to the internet. FWIW, Live Update runs as expected.
Both Live Update and QuickScan run without an issue. The initial right click of a file and selecting File Insight produces a result, it's only when I select the option to "Check for New Rating" that the server error message appears.
If it's working on your end, then it sounds like a network (ISP or DNS) or firewall issue on my end. I thought it could be my hosts file, but I've disabled it and the issue persists.
Curious, does Norton LiveUpdate and QuickScan run okay?

No change - still the same error on a manual File Insight scan when choosing to "Check for New Rating." Not sure why my image hasn't been posted in my original post (it was just a capture of the error dialogue produced by Norton 360).
