I have recently tried making a Terraria server me and my friends can play on. However, I soon realized that it was not working. I made a static IP, port forwarded correctly, but I still cannot connect to the server with my public IP. I have turned off Norton Firewall and it indeed does work; however, I do not want to take the risk of turning off my firewall just so I can run the server. I even tried making a specific rule with port 7777 (The game's port) but that does not work either. I'm not sure if I possibly did it wrong. Help would be appreciated.
