Since I renewed and updated my Norton 360 subscription, I have not been able to connect to Xbox live. I have the Xbox S which is a wireless system. It takes extraordinarily long to connect to the internet and then once it is connected to the internet, I cannot connect to Xbox live. I have gone through a litany of solutions including changing my wireless card within the Xbox itself. Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I tried that solution and set it for full access but it still isn't working. I think my next attempt will probably be through Verizon Fios (my ISP). They don't offer the speed (25/15) I currently have any longer so I am thinking if the problem is on their end.
