NORTON FIREWALL/NETWORK PROTECTION SEEM NOT FUNCTION

Dear Norton Technical Support,

Recently I check the network connection through Open Network and Sharing Center, then select Change Updater Setting and check out in the property, I cannot found any Network Protection from Norton/Symantec that listed in the Networking Tab as per attached screenshot 1, even all setting is default setting as per screenshot 2.

Please advice with these condition it's mean everything are normal for the Network Protection, for firewall, botnet protection, etc.

Awaiting the information and solution.
