I have Norton Personal Firewall 2002 Listed as upgraded in 2008. Upgrades are no longer available for this product. All buttons are grayed out and it says that Norton is not protecting my system. If I test the firewall with Leaktest it prevents access to the internet (something Windows Firewall does not do). If I try to access the internet anything that use's anything complex refuses to load (mail etc.) I have tried to uninstall the product but It say's have to be the administrator but as I am the only user I can't change that. - I am using another computer for access at the moment.
