Norton fix for zeroaccess and trojangen?

When is Norton going to have a proper fix for these trojans?  No one else on the boards other that quads is even attempting to fix these issues, and he can only do one at a time.  If the program can pick it up and identify it as a trojan, why can't it clean it also?  Why am I paying them 80 bucks a year when they can't fix this.  My computer has been infected now for a month and I won't be able to get it cleaned up because Quads won't help me out because I posted my system info to him, didn't try anything else out.  But now seems I am "banned" from getting any help from this guy.

Any employees with Norton have anything to add?  Any fix in the foreseeable future?

thanks.
