I have accessed the Norton Support form "Contact Norton Help us connect you to the right agent" After completing the form and clicking on "Get Support" there comes a page with "We found these solutions for your issue." It does not matter which question is asked, it is always the same answers.
But I don't know if my message has gone anywhere, there is no clue, only options are Live Chat or Phone Support. The problem with live chat is there is no record of the conversation.
Any ideas?
