Norton forum attachments

Will some kind person tell me how I can create images for attachment in these forums. I use Windows Snipping Tool but this only allows images to be saved as .png, .gif, .jpeg or .html files, none of which appear to be accepatable. Thanks.

Sure,  you need to click the tree icon.  Please see this post for more details http://community.norton.com/t5/Forum-Feedback/Forum-Tip-How-to-post-screenshots-in-the-forum/td-p/254415

Here's the tool Insert/edit image that inserts an image into the message -- it has to be one saved on your computer where you can find it again so that you can browse to its location and open it in the editor. It puts the image into the message following where your text insert cursor last was .... use the defaults unless you find you need otherwise.

After inserting the image press ENTER a few times and you will see the insert text cursor below the image again and can continue typing words if you need to.

An image does not immediately appear in the message since they go through moderation first but you will see a place holder where the image will appear.

If you want to practice there is a Forum thread here that you can use if you go to the end of it:

Thanks for both responses.
