I just installed the lastest version of Norton Anti-Virus. My computer worked fine immediately after the installation. However, after I rebooted my computer, however, I've encounter a major problem. After about 5 minutes, my entire computer freezes up. I can't click on any icon, anything in the start-up menu, etc. Also, when I use ctrl+alt+delete to access my task manager to see if I've got unnecessary processes running or to shut down a window if any are open), I merely get a black screen and then an error message telling me that the command was unsuccessful and my request can't be completed.
Is there any way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
