Norton Full Scan started to hang/stall several days ago, each time I initiate a scan. It also will not terminate, when I try to exit, nor will it end using TASK MANAGER. Literally have to log off the computer to shut the program down.
Also tried to remove and reinstall, and this did not solve the problem. Please can someone assist ? Thank you,
