Hi,
I just purchased the Norton Security product and tried to run Full System Scan. But the scan ran the whole night and stuck at a random file forever. I noticed the CPU resource was at high percentage (~91%). But the scanning was not moving at all. I guess Norton Security went into a loop forever. I have tried to reinstall, clean disk and remove the unused programs. Nothing works! I have attached some screen shots of the problem in the file. Can somebody explain why this is happening?
