Norton gadget says 'At Risk'

Norton gadget says 'At Risk' but  has no 'fix now' option. When I click on it and open nortons main window its says everything is protected?

 

I have windows 7 and norton 360 6.2.1.5

Please Click on Support on the main page of and then Get Support.  Let One Click Support update and run.  Let us know the results.

I was told to download and run a 'Norton Eraser' scan. I did, but no threats were found.  I restarted my computer and everyting seems fine now.  Thank you. :)

Petal, just to verify, One Clcik Support told you to download and run the Norton Power Eraser.  Running showed no threats, but a reboot did in fact get everything back on track. 

 

Please let us know if it raises it's nasty head again.
