Without my knowledge, Norton (admittedly), transferred one of the Norton products (I had several), to another user. When mu Norton started to show "Expired" on several computers, I called, and learned what they had done. They told m,e I had to get the other person to give me access to their account and move it back. Yeppers! That is what was told.
We have been without Norton now for 3 days. last night, someone at Norton told me they would escalate it and that if I don't hear back in a week, to call them again.
Preferred Solution: I would like to contact a really good hacker who wouldn't mind bringing Norton to it's knees, or, someone that knows how to shake the lawyers out of their rafter and tell Norton they made a boo-boo and should fix it now, not at their chosen leisure.
