Norton Ghost 10.0

I am new to this forum so please forgive me if I am in the wrong place.

 

I have been using Norton Ghost version 10.0 for quite a number of years.  I am a home user and I am still using Windows XP Professional Service Pa\ck 3.

 

I now find that, when I attempt to log into Ghost 10.0, I get the message, ""Cannot connect to the agent BOSSCAT".

 

I have the instaltion CD and the instruction manual.

 

Please advise how I should proceed.
