Hello, I was wondering of anyone may share insight on my Ghost 10 issue. I have no problem creating a full backup and recovery point of my C drive saved to an external connected USB drive. My Ghost 10 is installed on my C Drive. However, when I want to later view the data files using "Explore Recovery Points" I get an indefinite hour glass. When I try to kill Norton Ghost using CTRL+ALT+Delete it then SOMETIMES shows me the explorer directory tree where I can view the files. Sometimes I need to kill the service a few times to get it to show or sometimes it stays as an hour glass indefinitely. I;ve tried to create new Ghost images to make sure it was not a corrupt image. Does anyone have any ideas why this may be so and will an upgrade to Ghost 15 help on this matter?
Created Ghost Images (Total): 102 GB (USB Disk ------ 465GB Total with 165 GB Free space)
C Drive: 149GB total, 23 GB Free
