I have Norton Ghost 12 and I am trying to create a ghost image which I guess Norton refers to as a recovery point on my laptop (hp Probook 4510s) to my external hard disk. When I try to restore the image, I can already see it is taking much longer than usual and when it gets to about 11% it comes back with an error saying " Error: EA3905ED Required File Attribute Missing" and then stops. I have tried erasing the imaging and creating an new one and still the same thing happens. Anyone have any ideas or have been through this same error previously with Norton 12?
