Hi,
I am having trouble with backing up the C: drive with Ghost. It worked for the first few weeks then I started having problems. I can backup the D: drive partition ok, just not the C drive partition. The error I get is -
Snapshot Error %1 Error EBAB03F1: OS error 2147754760
Am I correct that this error means "cyclic redundancy check". - Maybe a bad Hard drive? Or Partitioning problem?
I did a factory restore on the system about 2 weeks ago and that fixed the problem for a few weeks. Then yesterday it started doing it again, with the same error.
I checked the box next to "Ignore bad sectors during copy" on Ghost and that worked once, but the second time I tried to copy with it checked it did not work, got same error.
Is the problem due to the hard drive being 1TB? Or is it just a bad hard drive? Or is it something else entirely?
Thanks for any help you can give me,
Jay
