I purchased Ghost 14.0 to copy a failing hard drive on a Windows XP Home Edition SP2 system. I put the failing drive into an external USB drive and attempted to copy one external USB drive to a second USB drive. I used the "copy drive" feature and selected "Ignore bad Sectors during copy" I got the message below which tells me take the identical steps already taken to remedy the problem. Further my external usb drive (the good one) is no longer recognized by my computer. It does not even show up as a drive on the "My Computer" screen. Unfortunately, I did this twice and now have two external drives that do not work. Does anyone know how to make the USB drives usable again?
