I've had Norton Ghost 14.0 for quite some time on my computer, but have never gotten it to work. It seems that it loaded ok, but then the error messages begin. I followed all of the recommended procedures but nothing changed.
Here are the errors I get:
"Device\\?\\Symantec Snapshot0 cannot read 8224 sectors starting at LBA6610152
-Error EBAB03F1: The request could not be performed because of an I?O device error."
A "No Disk" window that says "Exception Processing Message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c" followed by the choices of cancel, try again, or continue--none of which respond when clicked.
I'm running this on a Dell XPS, Windows XP SP 2.
Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?
