When i go to make a recovery disk or light’s out, the first stage of copying info is ok when it start’s to copy driver’s bang computer shut’s down window’s to protect blue screen appear’s and to check you hard drive/ anti virus etc. All programme’s seem fine and hard drive give’s me no problem’s. tried it with AV off and internet the same! Where on earth do you start to diagnose this problem? Dell insperion with XP sp3.
