I have Norton Ghost 14 which fails to rcognize and list an external USB HD which is recognized with no problems by Windows XP Pro. I have been in contact with support dept through chat numerous times and for 8 weeks now they keep telling me case is escalated to Engineering dept and Engineering dept will call me back but they never do. Who can I complain to and how in order to get some service and a solution?

Please someone help I am getting so frustrated with this repeated run around
