I had Norton Ghost 14 sine long "on Shelf". Now the time has come up to try it.
So I setted up to backup own files, plus E-Mail. After unbelievable 
much hours it endet up with something: can not create the Database (the correct Term I didn't note, coz origin I'm in a rush). The whole night beside an running PC.. =>for NOTHING. 
Right now I remove the saved folder completly, what again ran now since more than 3 hours and try to save >own files< by drag & drop (what often give errors).
Another question came up then: where NG save this Database??? -I'm worry about now, coz I guess it is somewhere around Install-Folder.
I have to setup the system completly new, then of coz it need to reinstall NG -but if it lost it's data (Database) it doesn't make any sense, if the data are still there; but not readable /usable.
I'm using XP Home, SP3, the Backup-medium is an 500GB external HD and the version of NG is: 14.0.3.28361.
