I am trying to do a fully system Copy to an external hard drive. I created the restore point and then wanted to do a full system copy to this same external drive. I got the warning that the Copy would erase all that was on the drive. If I am able to keep the restore point backup, I don't need a system Copy that will allow the system to boot from the Copy. Is there a work-around that lets you create a full system copy such that it won't overwrite existing data? I called Tech Support today and they said the only way I could do a Copy was to in essence have a second hard drive contained in the computer.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Tks
