As a silver surfer, I found the early versions of Ghost made recovery of my C drive so easy. I just selected "Recover" (i.e. overwrite C drive with my back up drive) and it happened automatically. Now, still as a newbie, Ghost 14 seems so complicated.
Anyway, I take a mirror image of everything on my C drive weekly and now, for the first time with Ghost 14 , I want to recover last week's back up - I want to completely overwite my c drive with my back up drive.
However, I see that I need an original SRD which I do not have. The Ghost manual says one can make a Custom recovery disc BUT ONLY IF I HAVE THE ORIGINAL SRD. I bought Ghost 14 on line so I do not recall if I ever received a SRD on CD.
Can I / how can I overwrite my C drive with last weeks' backup if I do not have the original SRD on disc ?
