I followed the steps outlined by Allan M "Norton Ghost 14 and Restoring C drive to new hardware" but when I power up the computer it stays in the Windows XP startup screen forever. The old computer is 7 years old and we want to update the machine. If the old computer did crash, we might be forced to do a restore on a new computer. So far I have not been successful in doing the restore. HELP
