I am running Norton Ghost 14 on Vista Home Premium x64. I am unable to update Norton Ghost 14 with SP5 after downloading the patch and I am constantly getting the above error message from the Patching Program - Norton Ghost Installer Information. I did try to update it through Live Update and got the well known Vista x64 LU1812 error.
I have to run a repair on Norton Ghost to get it to return to normal and it is downgraded to the original version.
I had problems with installing SP4, (Live Update LU1812 error) but was able to get SP4 to install after I downloaded it separately and installing it outside of Live update. After failing to update with SP5, I tried to re-updating to SP4, but am now also getting the same above error for it.
If anyone has any ideas as to what is causing this problems I would appreciate the help.
