Hi, running Vista Business at home, just installed Ghost 14 and having alot of problems creating my first backup.
Trying to create a one time backup from my C drive of around 500GB to a WD My Book USB attached 1TB drive.......originally had the C drive in NTFS and USB backup drive on FAT 32 but now fixed this so both running NTFS.
I follow the manual to create first time backup and it gets stuck on the 5% creating recovery point...did so for over 36 hours.
Uninstalled and then re-installed (made sure it didnt liveupdate) and then ran the 'services.msc' exec and the registry patch but still get the same result.
Appreciate any help here to work out whats wrong......(second piece of software in a week that hasnt worked..dont try Nero 9 FYI.)
