Ihave been using norton ghost 14 for some time now without any problems, but recently whenever I try to back up my hard drive to my external drive I get the following error :error e0bb0191, and a message saying "cannot create recovery point for job. I have updated Ghot 14 but still the same problem I also get this message: "search engine support cannot be enabled for this incremental image-required file attribute missing".
I am at a total loss as whet to do next. Please help
