I have an ftp account with GoDaddy and the user name is . When I go to the Norton Ghost offsite copy window it asks for my user name. If I put in, it converts it to which Go Daddy rejects. I can put in and get but it too is rejected. If I go back and remove that "\", Norton reverts to .
Is there a work around for this "helpful" coding?
