I had a HD fail awhile back and upgraded my computer to Win 8.1 64bit. I own a retail copy of Norton Ghost 15.0 and have been able to get it reactivated. However, when I attempt to recover a single file or multiple files I am getting a message popup "Insert media labeled into drive D:" Drive D is my DVD RW drive, I'm not really sure what this message is asking for, but apparently it is not the Norton Ghost disk. So what do I need to do to resolve this request? The files cannot be recovered without it and I have tens of thousands of files to recover.
Part 2: If I can resolve that issue and begin to recover files, is there a way to delete those recovery files I have now successfully 'recovered' so that I can view the rest of my files? It will only show 10K at a time. Why so many files you ask? Lots of family pictures.
Thanks in advance,
Gordon
