Norton Ghost 15.0 won't recognize the C:\ drive on my computer. I am using Windows Vista Home edition, and my Toshiba laptop is set up to dual-boot Ubuntu and Windows Vista. I am trying to use Norton Ghost to copy my entire hard drive onto a new, larger drive.
Ghost recognizes my new drive, which is connected to the laptop via USB, but it won't recognize my C:\ drive. C:\ doesn't appear in the Copy My Hard Drive wizard, and it doesn't appear in the Advanced -> Drives menu. All that appears is my external drive.
What can I do?
