I just bouhgt Norton ghost 15, and Intalled in the Windows 7 Pro to make an Image of the C:\ Drives.
After the install, and reboot, GHost 15, ask to make a backup wizard so I did went to the page to chose the Drives to back up but they are missing even with Show Hidden Drives no drives are listed.? LOL
So I called a Tech Support, and he went to log me in apps from Norton tech, and he tried to find my problem.
He went to the Partinfo and look for warning he found an error (Partition above extends beyond the end of the disk).?
So he let me know to use a Partition Program to fix the errors in both disks LOL so I used Easeus Partition Home free version
Run for problems on both drives didn't find any errors on both drives. LOLOL
So I decided to changed the D:\ drive to Logical mode, and Reboot the system Guess what My D:\ Drive only show up in the list of back up in the Norton ghost 15.
Now I wonder why by changing from Primary to Logical the D:\ drive it's recognize by ghost 15 in the Easeus. ?
I don't want to loose my two days installation all applications, calling Intuit and so on it's a pain.
Any one any ideas to get back my C:\ Drive to show up in Ghot 15 list. ?
