Dear Norton Ghost Support:
After successfully creating a backup of my Windows 7 OS, I had to provide a recovery key when my PC was rebooted. And in order to resolve the issue of supplying the recovery key for every boot, I had to turn off BitLocker and subsequently turn it back on. Can you explain what modifications Norton Ghost made during the backup process which forced the recovery key at startup?
