When I try to run Copy Hard Drive I get message saying "This action cannot be performed while windows is running. You must complete this operation inside the environment." I've tried a couple things I read on internet (such as reinstalling Ghost, booting in safe mode, downloading a fix from Norton site) but hasn't worked. Anybody have a sure-fire fix?
